Made 9 starts for Expos in Gulf Coast League to begin professional career in 1994...Tied for the New York-Penn League lead with a club-high 15 starts for Vermont Expos in 1995...Finished 12-9 with a 3.03 ERA in 27 starts with Delmarva Shorebirds in 1996...With the West Palm Beach Expos in 1997 he went 9-10 with a 3.02 ERA and struck out a career-high 121 batters in 26 starts earning a spot on the Florida State League All-Star Team...In 1998 went 9-7 with a 3.01 ERA in 22 starts for the Harrisburg Senators in the Eastern League to earn his first big league promotion...made MLB debut on 7-23-1998 at Chicago taking loss despite allowing only two runs (one earned) on 3 hits in 6 innings...after being optioned back the next day he was again recalled on 8-1-1998 and bested Carlos Perez of the Dodgers, five days later, at THE BIG O for his first big league victory...after dropping 4 straight decisions was again returned to Harrisburg where he later was instrumental in the Senators' 3rd straight Eastern League title by going 1-0 with a 4.15 ERA in two Championship Series starts...Split the 1999 campaign between Ottawa and Montreal finishing 3-5 with a 2.97 ERA in 16 starts for the Lynx...went 0-4 in his first 6 starts in Montreal despite a 2.80 ERA...snapped a personal 2-season, 8-game losing streak in downing the Padres 0n 8-9-1999 at Montreal...that win ignited a 4-4 run over his final 11 starts...In his 7th and final season in the Expos organization in 2000 he made the Montreal Opening Day roster for first time but after going 0-2 with a 9.00 ERA in his first 4 starts and was optioned to Ottawa on 4-20-2000...Was 5-13 with a 6.91 ERA in 25 games with the Lynx...signed as a minor league free agent with San Diego Padres on 12-15-2000...
